liblogthread-dev software package provides Red Hat cluster suite - cluster logging development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblogthread-dev
liblogthread-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblogthread-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblogthread-dev *
You will get with liblogthread-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
